Description
Guardrail Post is the component supporting the road safety barrier system. It determine the impact performance of a roadside barrier system.
We manufacture round guardrail posts, square post, U channel post, C section post and UPN post, IPE post, IPE AA post, sigma post etc, with or without flange plates. Flanged steel posts are recommended for installation in concrete roads.
We can also supply our clients with the following components for highway guardrail such as C post, tubular post, circular post, H post, offset blocks, terminal ends, bracket, bolt etc.

Normal size:1830*157*82*5mm,1830*157*82*5*7.4mm,1800*150*100*5mm and available in different sizes.
Applicable standards:JT/T 281-1995(China), AASHTO M180-79(USA), TL-SP 92(Germany) or any other International Standards.
Base steel:Steel Grade Q235B (equivalent to S235JR according to DIN EN 10025 and Gr. D according to ASTM A283M) or Q345 (S355JR / ASTM A529M 1994).
The thickness of the steel:4~7mm or customized
Zinc Coating：550g/m2 (80µ) or 610g/m2 (85µ) or 1100g/m2 (160µ) or 1200g/m2 (170µ) or as per your request.
